WebUI overview

The WebUI provides a local view of ChatRoom runtime state, workspaces, operations, Git changes, processes, and activity.

Runtime and workspace state

Runtime information and workspace-related state can be inspected from the WebUI while ChatGPT is operating the device.

Sessions and activity

ChatRoom records the operations performed through the runtime so they can be reviewed from the WebUI.

Use from ChatGPT

ChatGPT can call ChatRoom through MCP to inspect the machine and operate allowed workspaces. The example below shows a system status report returned through ChatRoom.
