ChatRoom Cloud ​

ChatRoom Cloud provides the cloud service needed to connect your ChatRoom installation with ChatGPT.

Purchase ​

  1. Install and start ChatRoom on the device you want to use:

  2. Open the local WebUI and go to Cloud.

  3. Click Purchase, choose a public prefix and either the monthly or yearly plan, accept the Terms of Service, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy, then complete payment in the hosted Dodo Payments Checkout.

  4. Save the recovery key after the service is activated.

Eligible new customers can start a Free trial directly from the ChatRoom Cloud purchase page. No payment method is required. The trial includes both Cloud MCP and Cloud WebUI, lasts 24 hours, and can only be claimed once per ChatRoom Cloud customer. You can switch to a paid plan at any time during the trial; when paid access activates, the trial ends and the paid purchase becomes the active entitlement.

Paid subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Dodo Payments. Subscriptions include both cloud services for one ChatRoom device at a time and renew automatically at the selected billing interval until cancelled through billing management. The two cloud services can be enabled or disabled independently from the Cloud page.

Restore a subscription ​

On a new device, install and start ChatRoom, open the Cloud page, enter the recovery key, and click Restore.

After restoration, the subscription and public address are transferred to the current device and a new recovery key is generated. The previous recovery key becomes invalid immediately.

Manage access ​

The Cloud page displays the current Cloud MCP and Cloud WebUI addresses and lets you enable or disable each service independently. Billing management opens the Dodo Payments customer portal for paid subscriptions.

Keep the recovery key safe. The ChatRoom Cloud server does not store the recovery key in plaintext.
